Training Committee (TC)

The goal of the training committee is to create a framework within ISHA to teach and pass on skills between ISHA members, or with the help of outside trainers from partnered student organizations such as EGEA. By ‘skills’, we mean “traditional” soft skills training such as public speaking, conducting group discussions, giving feedback, time- and group management, etc. as well as academic skills, such as writing an exposé/abstract, aspects of academic writing such citation styles, structuring of journal articles and giving a good presentation. ISHA is the golden opportunity to bring together students from a diverse range of backgrounds. For this reason, we think it is crucial to really begin the work of the Training committee, so we can make effective use of the possibilities of knowledge exchange that ISHA offers.
